Rachel Frederick Moura

Rachel is our Senior Paralegal and Manager for our firm. She was born and raised in Peru. In the late 1980’s she moved to the United States and resided in New Jersey with her family when she was only a teenager. After graduating from West Orange High School, she attended Parsons School of Design in New York and by the time she was in her twenties moved to Massachusetts where she has been ever since.

Before becoming an immigration paralegal, she owned her own Photography Business for almost 14 years. However, Rachel would later on learn about immigration when it hit her own home and she was forced to face the same battles all immigrants are facing today. Rachel took this very personal and decided to pursuit this career where today she advocates and helps defend many families that are in proceedings.

Although she handles all types of immigration cases, like family based petitions, waivers, etc. She mainly focuses in removal defense, asylums, cancellations and SIJ’s.

Rachel is a true believer in keeping families together, she will focus and work hard in every case as if it was her own.

Rachel is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
